From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that smoking is strictly not allowed within the premises. Guests are required to smoke in the designated smoking areas outside of the property.

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, the property can currently only accept bookings from essential workers. Identification, reasonable evidence of work qualification, and/or any documents as required by law must be presented at check-in. Please contact the property for more information.

To be considered fully-vaccinated, residents in Malaysia must be:

*Individuals who have taken the Pfizer, AstraZeneca or Sinovac vaccines, which require two doses, must have passed 14 days from the date of their second vaccination.

• Early check in / late check out are rm50.00 per hour depending on availability.

• Each room occupancy has been already determined and verified as per the requirements of the Jabatan Bomba & Penyelamat Malaysia. Hence any additional persons whom would like to stay would require to take an additional room or opt for an upgrade to a larger room which fits their party. Failure to comply to the hotel safety policies will result in penalty of RM50.00 PER PERSON. Subsequently failure to corporate, the hotel reserves the right do not serve you.

LOCAL SERVICE CHARGE: Please be informed that the State of Perak has imposed Local Service Charges/Caj Perkhidmatan Tempatan at RM3 per room/night effective 1st January 2025 in accordance to Perak Hotels Regulations 2024.This charges are separate and will only be collected at the property by front desk staff upon check-in via Cash, QR Pay or Online Transfer. Charges are applicable to all guest Local & International.
