It is easily accessible by just 10mins walk from CIQ JB, 3mins to SKS City Mall (Sheraton hotel next door), 15mins walk to City Square shopping mall,JBCC and 6mins walk to future RTS (2026). By taxi within few minutes ride from Johor Bahru custom. Some restaurants already open in the next door hotel. More food, shopping, haircut coming into the mall next door. Senai airport is just 29.6km away and takes about 40mins by car without traffic. Changi airport is just 38.7km away and takes about 1 hr and 30 mins without traffic to reach by car. This is a strictly non smoking apartment but you may smoke at the recess area next to lift lobby or 8th floor with seating and shade plus strong breeze . There are some pay and scan electric scooters for rent just right outside the apartment entrance. You may scoot freely to JBCC mall, City Square mall or Stualang Laut beachside. Laundry, mini market (open till 10pm)and Mrs Who cafe are just downstairs. You will find a lot of eateries and local breakfast like Roti prata, Nasi Lemak, mee siam and Otak-otak nearby opposite. Tea Room by After Pastry Cafe is just 6mins walking distance away right opposite the condo behind the houses. Be spoilt by many good desserts and coffee. You may take a taxi/grab to Pelangi /city square /KSL/ Mid Valley area for other local food . All just less than 15minutes and within RM8-30.

TV with local channels and Singapore channels are provided too. This is a strictly a no smoking 3 bedrooms apartment cause we wish to provide every guest a happy and comfortable stay. Great news! SKS City Mall and Sheraton Hotel is just next door. You may enjoy your food in the hotel restaurants. Please stay tune for more vendors for food, shopping, haircut end of 2025 in SKS City Square Mall. You may walk opposite the condo shops for quick simple food. There are Chinese, Malay and Indian local cuisine shops around for breakfast, lunch and dinner for both halal and non halal. Convenient store also below the apartment or opposite the condominium. Coin laundry and dryer services also available near condo lobby. Walk out of apartment, turn left and walk straight and turn into Lorong 2,jalan Storey at the traffic light junction. You may find more halal food for dinner. There is a small pizza restaurant opposite the apartment too. Or if you prefer shopping malls, you may walk to nearby City square mall or JBCC. It's just 15-20mins walk or just simply grab a taxi and wait at the lobby area. You may even explore Mid Valley Shopping Centre or KSL shopping mall. It is just within 15-30mins by taxi. Petrol stations and car wash just right beside SKS, just turn left after exiting SKS and go straight. Car wash will be on your left and turn left again after the row of car wash, you may find petrol station. After the petrol station you may find some halal eateries too that open for dinner. Barber shops and money changers also will be there. Just a short 10-15mins walk. Gym ,pools, sauna and steam bath are at 8th floor. You may relax with a cup of coffee and catch bird's eye view on the 37th floor. Just remember to change into your swimwear and register at the counter before diving in to avoid any hassle.
