Additional charges apply between 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM. • All rooms are strictly Non-Smoking ─────────────────────── Check-In Procedure • Upon arrival, please contact our Host (HOS). • Before check-in, kindly send a screenshot of your Booking ID and a copy of your Passport/I.C. for verification. • Check-in is via a Digital Door Lock System. Once ready, you’ll receive a door password to access your unit. • A Room Access Card is placed on the table inside your unit — this card gives access to both your room and the lift. ─────────────────────── Check-Out Procedure • Before leaving, please place the Room Access Card on the table, take a photo as proof, and send it to our Host. • Lost Access Card: Penalty of RM 300.00 applies. ─────────────────────── Housekeeping & Maintenance • Service Hours: 10:30 AM – 10:00 PM daily • For stays longer than one night, contact our Host to arrange: “Make Up Room” service, or “Do Not Disturb” notice. • For any issue, please contact our Host immediately — our team will assist promptly during service hours. ─────────────────────── Breakfast Arrangements • Guests who booked with breakfast may contact our Host for arrangements. • Breakfast is served from 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM at Suasana Suites Cafe, Level 33A. ─────────────────────── Parking Information • Parking is located inside the Suasana Building. • Please take a parking ticket upon entry and park within the building premises. • Complimentary parking is provided for one (1) vehicle per unit. • Upon check-out, kindly contact our Host to validate your parking ticket before exiting. ───────────────────────
