Welcome to Iconique Homestay Ipoh. Our place 360° full viewing desk at the top of the building, can accommodate 8 people, suitable for small families or friends. The homestay is located just 10 min away from Ipoh Old Town, where you can find various souvenirs like pastries, coffee, egg tarts, and restaurants near our place. 

A city that you definitely shouldn't miss – don't just think about it, take action and make your reservation! Guest access Enjoy using the Facility at building: Level 6th : -Kids Playground -Jogging track -Tai Chi Garden -Pergola -Herbs Garden Level 22nd : - Infinity swimming pool - Jacuzzi - Wading pool - Sky gym Security deposit of RM 300 to be collected from the guest before guest check in by online transfer or bank in to the host. RM 500 deposit will be collected for long term stay 5 nights and over. Security deposit will be refunded within 2 working days after check out if the room is in good condition. **Please be noted we will not accept any on-day booking that is created after 10pm** -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1.There is no free cancellation and refund request will be accepted if you are a last-minute booker.
