The pool is large with infinity edge and next to a fabulous tiki/rancho with lovely seating, unique outdoor kitchen with 42" alfresco grill, gas burners, refrigerator with drawers and sink. Enjoy a swim with a drink next to the pool. The property offers a full breakfast - choice of continental or local Nicaraguan - breakfast is optional and not included in the price. Dolores the cook/housekeeper can cook any meals for you at a nominal extra cost if you wish. This is an OPTIONAL service. You supply the groceries and she will do the cooking for you. I speak both English and Spanish. I will answer any questions you may have before you arrive and during your stay.. I have travelled in many countries and have enjoyed helping travellers in any way possible. Wherever I am I am always available. A number of years ago I was a member of the Spanish Tourist Board in Southern Spain visiting other countries and promoting tourism. It was a wonderful experience. When you arrive at the property you will be welcomed by Dolores our house keeper. She has been working with us for over 10 years. She is also a good cook and guests that return always ask for her as they enjoy her cooking ....fresh seafood like lobster etc and also cooking steaks, chicken on the 6ft barbeque. Jairos is our Pool guy and his job is to insure that the pool is in good shape every day and the wonderful plants we have around the pool area and entrance etc

Masachapa is a safe small fishing village with friendly locals. No high rise buildings and well known for the great fishermen who go out in the evenings on small boats daily to fish and sell the catch on their arrival in the morning . The area known also as Montelimar beach is a nice beach area and not crowded as most of the homes are beach villas. Our beach home is in this area and the access to the beach is directly from our pool area to the sandy beach. There are a number of beachfront restaurants within walking distance. A few miles away there is a town known as San Rafael. It is only 15 mins of a drive and there is a local market with many small stores. For those who are beach lovers there is a large beach front with restaurants, swimming pool etc especially for children only 20 mins drive from your stay Casa del Mar.
