In this in 2017 newly build residence there's a cosy sitting room, a diningtable and a brand new kitchen with all the modern facilities you may expect, including a dishwasher. The house is provided with 2 bedrooms; a masterbedroom 'Sea and Dunes' including a doublebed, and a smaller bedroom 'Forest' which is accomodated with a bunk bed. A beautiful separate bathroom where you'll find the a sink, a walk-inn shower and a toilet.

Constructed in early 2017, this residence is ment to give you the best expercience at the Dutch coast ever! As a starter you've got a private parking place at the property, and a large and safe-for-the-kids garden at the sunny side. Beach and dunes are to be found at less than a 10 minute walk. As the house is located in the city-centre of Egmond aan Zee, shops, supermarket, restaurant and bike-rental are very nearby and easy to find. Egmond aan Zee is perfectly located to enjoy nature: besides the beach and breathtaking dunes, its's nearby beautiful forests, tulipfields (seasonal) and polders. The village is gifted with lots of restaurants, boutiques, a supermarket, bikerental possibilities and of course a time-honoured lighthouse which is still active these days!
