House Policies & Important Reminders • Guests must agree to all House Policies and complete the Arrival Form before arrival. • The Arrival/Check-in Form must be completed truthfully prior to check-in. • Additional screening may be required, such as providing a valid passport or government-issued ID. • Caution near the lake/water – supervise children at all times; walking near water is at your own risk. • Smoking is allowed only outside, at least 30 meters away from any house. • Tourist tax is charged separately and must be paid before check-in. • We prefer to host guests aged 25 and above. • Soft drugs, hard drugs, and laughing gas are strictly prohibited in and around the building. • Late check-out after 10:00 AM without permission will incur a 100 charge. • Quiet hours after 9:00 PM. • No parties or gatherings. • No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. • Before departure, please load and run the dishwasher. • Do not cause any disturbance or nuisance to others. • Strictly prohibited: paid sex work, criminal activity, sales, commercial use, fireworks, BBQ/grill (gourmet or fondue), candles, or any open fire. • Do not feed cats or bring them indoors. • Use of the lake area is at your own risk. • Guests may not use or share the property address as a mailing or postal address. • For stays of 14 days or more, weekly cleaning is mandatory to maintain property standards. Hotel Harmony is the name of this stunning property and is situated in the absolute city centre of Tilburg. This room (number 1) is very cozy and is the closest to the house entrance. Inside there's a bunk bed good for 2 people, a private bathroom with toilet, airconditioning and heating, wardrobe and tv are all part of this room. Hotel Harmony is a self service hotel.
