At night the many little dimmed lights give it a luminous colourful atmosphere with reflections of the water coming inside. All beds are high quality boxspring beds. The TV is packed with channels like Netflix, Apple Tv, Disney and many European tv channels. I have a gallery in town with Australian Aboriginal Art. I have this gallery for 25 years now.(Aboriginal Art & Instruments). The paintings in the Houseboat are made by Australian Aboriginal Artists. I like to interior decorate houses and shops. I have redecorated my shop several times and this new modern Houseboat I decorated in 2010. New is a record store that I opened on the same location. Named Zap Records.

Located very close to the old city centre. A very unique and beautiful location. There is no canal so close to all major museum, famous Vondel park and the city centre with so much privacy and peaceful atmosphere. We waited 10 years for a place on this canal! This neighbourhood is the best in Amsterdam for its many little picturesque restaurants, cafe’s, lunchrooms and shopping streets. Organic supermarket and several backers close by too.. We have a local farmers market around the corner with Dutch cheese, nuts vegetable and fruit stands etc. The new “Hallen” located in the old tramyard next to the farmers market consists of a foodcourt with cinema, cafe’s, restaurants and a vintage market during weekends. A local gem. Explore the old city by tram, dutch bicycle or even a small motor boat if you hire one close by. There is a public transport tram stop around the corner that leads you to all mayor tourist attractions. There is a car park 10 minutes drive from the houseboat that offers parking for 1 euro a day.
