We're a family of three and we really enjoy living on our beautiful houseboat. We love to welcome our guests aboard and share our amazing boat with them.

The B&B is located in the front of the vessel. The houseboat is a completely refurbished ship, on which our family happily lives since 2023. The ship is almost a hundred years old and used to be a canal barge in Western Europe. For the last 50 years it was used as a sailing church! It truly feels as a blessing living here and sharing our joy with our guests. The houseboat is moored at the KNSM-island, a getaway in the east of Amsterdam close to the city centre. There are restaurants and bars around the corner and let's not forget the best bakery in town! Tourists and residents alike describe the area as a holiday retreat within the bustling city of Amsterdam. Step on the free ferry and within minutes you arrive in the dynamic and upcoming Amsterdam north. Options are plentiful, whether you wish to spend the night in a restaurant overlooking the water or enjoy a nice walk in the park at the unique Vliegenbos. Reach for the stars? Simply take a seat on the docklands and watch the sun set or climb there yourself in the nearby bouldering facility. Or layback on the cushions in the next door cinema.  Public transportation takes you anywhere you need to be. The central station is just 10 minutes away.
