The house is freshly and comfortably furnished. The villa is situated on a large plot, just a short walk from the beautiful swimming lake. One of the two bathrooms is equipped with a sunshower. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a cosy sitting area and a dining table. There is also a bedroom and an adjoining bathroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms and a second bathroom. This well-kept holiday home is suitable for the whole family. You are in the beautiful, wooded area of Twente, in the neighbourhood of Enschede. Opposite the park is a swimming lake (36 ha) with a sandy beach, areas for swimmers and non-swimmers and various equipment for children to play on. This park is therefore a swimming and leisure paradise during the summer months. The holiday complex has many services on offer: Bike hire and some activities for children during the school holidays. For hire on request at reception: Cot, high chair and towels. For stays of more than one week, bed linen is changed weekly (cost per week). At the entrance of the park there is a double electric charging station that you can use with your charging card.
