The room is bright, modernly decorated, spacious and made entirely of wood. In total, there are 6 sleeping places. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed (one enclosed, the other is open) and there is a room with bunk beds. There is a spacious fully equipped kitchen with Jura coffee machine, kettle, fridge, dishwasher and electric hob. The living room has a wood-burning stove, sofa and dining table. The cottages have heating and air conditioning. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. There is also a washing machine. The cottage has a terrace at the front and back. Around it is a garden for your own use including an egg BBQ and garden furniture. There is a shared lawn for playing football or a game of croquet. A pizza oven for delicious pizzas, a jetty to moor your boat (or rent one from us), a trampoline and jeu de boule are also among the possibilities. Parking in front is free, electric charging is possible. On the site there are 4 cottages, renting several cottages at once is possible. Minimum stay is 4 nights. Stays of 1 or 2 nights are not possible.

Our 4 cottages are very central in the Netherlands; the beach in Katwijk and Noordijk is 20 minutes‘ drive, the old student city of Leiden with all its beautiful museums and canals is 10 minutes’ drive. Amsterdam is easily accessible in 20 minutes and The Hague is 15 minutes' drive. The Keukenhof and flower fields is 20 minutes' drive. The cottages overlook the meadows and polder around Oud Ade and border the waters of the Vennemeer lake and Kagerplassen lakes. (Electric) parking is available in front of the door. Each cottage has its own mooring available for a boat. In summer, it is possible to rent a boat from us. Two SUP boards are available at the location. Swimming is possible in the lake. Dogs are welcome at the lakehouses if they are leashed and do not sleep on beds or benches. Very suitable for families with children, not for groups of youngsters.
