This modern and luxury designed apartment of 45 m² (484 ft²) is a great choice for modern-day travelers interested in exploring Amsterdam to the fullest, on their own or as a group up to 2 people. This monumental building is completely renovated and restyled in 2015/2016 and is now a blend of characteristic features and contemporary furnishings. The high ceiling provide a lot of natural daylight. The design is chique, cozy (or “gezellig” as we say in Dutch) and comfortable, creating a friendly and relaxed environment. The apartment offers self-catering accommodation with free Wi-Fi and can accommodate up to four guests. It has it's own private entrance with front door patio on the ground floor (small stairs) before entering the large living area with flat-screen TV (cable channels) and dining area. The designer sofa can be transformed into a comfortable queen size bed. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen has lots of natural daylight and features al you need and also a Nespresso coffee machine and kettle for your complimentary coffee and tea. There is a separate toilet and the private bathroom with walk-in shower comes with fluffy towels, hairdryer and soap amenities.

Amsterdam is a city born for biking and walking. There are many sights to explore in the surroundings, such as the Flower market (50 m), Leidsestraat (220 m), Nieuwe Spiegelstraat art galleries (400 m), Rembrandtplein (450 m), The 9 Streets shopping district (650 m), Leidseplein (750 m), Royal Palace at Dam Square (850 m), the Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum and Vondelpark (1 km) and the Anne Frank House (1,7 km). Central Station is located at 2 km, RAI Amsterdam (4,8 km and 15 min by taxi) and Schiphol Airport is at 15 km from the property. The nearest supermarket (Albert Heijn at Koningsplein) is only 2 minutes away and the tram lines 1, 2 and 5 are the same distance. Trams 4, 9, 16 and 24 do stop at Muntplein and are at 3 minutes walking distance. In the center of the buzzing nightlife, several bars, LGBT venues, restaurants and two Pathé cinemas (including the historic Art Deco movie theater Tuschinski) can be found within a radius of 200 m. The apartment is situated in the centre of the buzzing nightlife, which makes it a very vibrant place and sometimes a bit noisy.
