Online Check-in Required: Before arrival, guests must complete the online check-in process. They will be asked for credit card information during this process. The information will be used to settle outstanding taxes and services if applicable. We no longer work with physical keys. Our guests can expect their digital keys by 3:00 PM on the day of check-in once the apartment is ready and online check-in fulfilled. To send you the digital keys, we need your correct email address and phone number. Please send us the right contact details as soon as possible. Check-in is at Westeinde 51, 2512GV, The Hague. Check-ins are contactless, meaning that there will be no reception or person to welcome the guests at the property. We encourage guests to ensure their mobile devices have enough battery and internet access to open the front door and apartment door with the digital keys.

We will be available until 6:00 PM to assist guests with practical matters and questions around their apartment and check-in.

Practical Information: Inside the apartment, our guests will find a blue book with the Stayci logo on the dining table. This book contains the Wi-Fi password, apartment details, and emergency contact numbers. We are available via email and phone for any questions.

For urgent issues after office hours, the emergency number is listed in the blue book, our WhatsApp (+31 65 135 32 54) response message, and if our guests call our direct number (+31 70 331 61 91), they will be forwarded to our emergency line.

Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. There are paid (public) parking options nearby.

Bed linens, 1 small and 1 large towel per guest, are provided.

When travelling with pets, only dogs are allowed upon request please note that an extra charge of 35 Euro per pet applies. Please note that a maximum of 2 pets are allowed.

Please inform Stayci Serviced Apartments Central Station in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 08:00 AM.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Yêu cầu € 100 tiền đặt cọc đề phòng hư hại khi đến nghỉ. Số tiền này sẽ được chỗ nghỉ thu qua thẻ tín dụng. Bạn sẽ được hoàn lại trong vòng 14 ngày sau khi trả phòng. Tiền đặt cọc của bạn sẽ được hoàn lại toàn bộ thông qua thẻ tín dụng, nhưng cũng phụ thuộc vào mức hư hại mà bạn có thể gây ra tại chỗ nghỉ.
