We prefer to host guests above 25 years old. -House policies must be accepted and the arrival form completed truthfully before check-in. -Additional ID verification (passport or valid government ID) may be requested. -Tourist tax must be paid before arrival. -Only families may book stays longer than 28 days. -No drugs (soft or hard) or laughing gas allowed. -No parties, loud noise, or visitors. Quiet hours start at 9:00 PM. -Late check-out without approval costs 100. -Dishwasher must be loaded before departure. -No candles, commercial use, or criminal activity. -The address may not be used for mail or business purposes. -Weekly cleaning is required for stays of 14 days or more (cleaning fee applies). -Rule violations may result in cancellation or a fee of 250–500 per incident.

Weekly cleaning fees will be charged. If the house rules are violated, we will cancel the reservation and the cancellation policy will be applied or violations will be charged at 250-500 per violation.
