Detached villa for 8 people, located in the second row of the beautiful park De Schotsman, with stunning views over Lake Veere from the terrace on the first floor. The villa is in a perfect location for water sports enthusiasts. From the large garden, you can walk directly via a path to a jetty (shared use), where you can go for a swim or hop on your own surfboard to head out onto Lake Veere. You can also moor a small boat at the jetty to pick someone up or drop them off. Park De Schotsman is spaciously laid out with luxury homes on large plots. There is plenty of privacy, and the garden offers both sunny and shaded areas. The spacious driveway provides parking for multiple cars. The North Sea beach is easily accessible by bike, and the bike/pedestrian ferry to Veere is also nearby. Amenities such as a supermarket and bakery can be reached within minutes. In the adjacent Ruiterplaat park, you’ll find opportunities for sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, and in summer, there is also an Aquapark. The holiday home features four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a shared space/game room. The living room with open kitchen is located on the first floor, offering beautiful views over Lake Veere. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom on the first floor, and two bedrooms and another bathroom on the ground floor. A baby cot is available. On arrival, the beds are made and towels and kitchen linens are provided. There is no television. The fireplace in the living room is not in use. Just a few minutes’ walk away, you’ll find the clean and expansive North Sea beach, perfect for sunbathing, swimming, or taking long walks along the shore. For water sports enthusiasts, the nearby Lake Veere is a true paradise: windsurfing, kitesurfing, boating, or swimming—there’s something for everyone. The surrounding area also invites you to explore the beautiful Zeeland countryside by bike. Numerous cycling routes lead you through dunes, past picturesque villages, and across wide-open fields. For hiking enthusiasts, there are plenty of opportunities to discover the region and unwind in the many nature reserves the area has to offer.
