Fully private on the ground floor cosy studio with outside a bench to relax and if you want smoke a cigarette (no smoking inside the studio). In the back there is a kingsize (180x200 cm) boxspring, 55 inch smart tv and airconidtioner (split unit), further in the back is the bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Also a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, combi oven-microwave, refrigerator with freezer, 4-burner induction hob and a dining table with 3 chairs is available in the studio. The house has fast WiFi (250mbit). In connection with the location please take the neighborhoods into account and for protection there is a security camera in the hallway.

Recently renovated (September 2023), ground floor studio right in the city center of Breda. The inland port with restaurants and bars as well as the beginning of the shoppingcenter is just 100 meters away. Near the inland port at "Baai" you can also rent a boat, with or without a skipper to explore the water webbing around Breda. The big central market place is less than 500 meters away. Rather stay in? There's a fully equipped kitchen and the supermarket is nearby, just 100 meters. Best place for parking is 500m away at the "Gasthuisvelden 2", 4,00 euro per day.
