There is also a gazebo where you can store your beach gear or bicycles. Year round this is a pleasant house because of the underfloor heating installed in all rooms, including the bathroom and toilet.

Park Duinland is a beautiful green park with lots of nature and opportunities for children. It is located by the dunes and the lovely beach of Sint Maartenszee. Here you can enjoy long walks along the beach, cycling through the dunes or just relax in the sun. The park has a newly renovated tennis court, where you can also play table tennis and badminton. The park has playgrounds for children. From the park you cross the road directly into the dunes and take a nice walk to the beach and sea. You can also cycle to the beach with a nice route through the dunes. Dogs are allowed on many parts of the beach year-round. At sea there are two beach tents Noord and NewZuid. NewZuid is open year round. In addition, in the seaside resorts Hargen aan Zee, Petten and Callantsoog beautiful beach pavilions are open year-round. The garden of this house is not fully enclosed.
