Previously we rented through Belvilla and now independently. In the meantime, guests know where to find us and the house is regularly booked for a second time. The compliments we often hear are that the house is tastefully decorated and that nothing is missing. We do our utmost to please our guests. The house is unique due to the combination of its location outside surrounded by meadows and the possibilities in and around the house. The infrared sauna and hottub complete the relaxing stay. Surrounded by nature reserves in the vicinity such as the Sallandseheuvelrug makes it the ideal place for outdoor sports and enjoying nature with long walks or bike rides and even kayaking or supping is possible in our area 3 km away at Schuilenburg. The spacious living room and luxury kitchen give a holiday an extra dimension. The kitchen is equipped with many appliances such as: fully automatic coffee bean machine, quooker, oven, combination microwave, steam oven, refrigerator, freezer, 5 burner gas stove, deep fryer, food processor, hand blender and extensive kitchen accessories. The recreation room with French doors is ideal in good and bad weather. The table tennis table can be rolled outside and there are also outdoor toys available. The pool table, table football table and dart board complete the space. In the private garden there is garden furniture where it is wonderful to stay. Adjacent to the private garden is the beautiful meadow which can also be used. The meadow has been planted with hedges of native shrubs and trees, creating a mini nature reserve with fruit trees and a frog pond. Here you will also find the football and volleyball/badminton field and the playground equipment including trampoline. The chickens (no rooster) also happily scratch around in the garden and the meadow, which completes the outdoor life. In short, the ideal place for a nice weekend away or a wonderful holiday.

My husband and I would like to welcome you to our holiday home. We live on the other side of the semi-detached house with our two teenage boys.

Nature is really the attraction and in this area everyone can relax or do intensive sports such as running, trail running, mountain biking on the Sallandse Heuvelrug or kayaking on the Regge. The mountain bike route Hellendoorn, Lemelerberg and Reggedal can all be reached from our home. The surrounding villages are inviting and especially in the summer there are many flea markets in the area to visit. The amusement park Hellendoorn offers the opportunity for a great day out and lots of fun. Large cities such as Zwolle, Enschede and Deventer are also definitely worth a visit and are +/- 40 minutes away.
