Welcome to Waterhouse Linada, a brand new vacation home from Ubuntu Lake Houses, just completed and ready to welcome you. This retreat offers an oasis of tranquility for families, with a beautiful garden perfectly positioned for optimal sunlight and breathtaking views over the Vinkeveense Plassen. Enjoy privacy and relax on comfortable loungers in the enclosed garden while sipping your favorite drink. A barbecue is available for delightful outdoor meals and cozy evenings! The home, situated on the famous Vinkeveense Plassen, offers a unique and central location that is easily accessible. It provides a sense of vacation, privacy, tranquility, luxury, and freedom. Ideal for water and nature enthusiasts, the location is perfect for activities such as boating, fishing, sunbathing, and swimming. With 6 official sleeping places, it is perfect for friends or family. The garden features a large table with water views, 2 loungers, a comfortable garden set, and a barbecue that you can use for free (don’t forget to bring your own charcoal). Additionally, there is a water vapor fireplace available in the living room for cozy evenings. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning for maximum comfort, and each room has a television. For children, there is an outdoor playhouse with various toys and a slide. For an additional fee, you can rent a boat or SUPs from us, allowing you to fully enjoy the refreshing Vinkeveense Plassen. At the beginning of the Harbor, you can enjoy drinks and Italian food on Thursdays till Sundays. There are also plenty of options for ordering food delivery. You'll find that you lack nothing during this perfect getaway. A key safe is provided at the accommodation, allowing you to check in yourself and decide your arrival time after 3:00 pm. We will share all information regarding your stay 4 days in advance. (Organizing parties is not allowed in this accommodation.)

Vinkeveen is a beautiful village, renowned for the Vinkeveense Plassen (Vinkeveen Lakes). It's a popular destination for water sports enthusiasts, such as sailors, kayakers, and divers, drawn by the clear waters and diverse underwater flora and fauna. In addition to water sports, Vinkeveen also offers picturesque hiking and cycling routes. The area is known for its natural surroundings, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoying the outdoors. Vinkeveen is conveniently located near Amsterdam and Utrecht, making it attractive for those seeking to combine nature with urban amenities, attractions, or nightlife. Furthermore, two supermarkets and a variety of dining options are nearby, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests. Accessibility: Motor vehicles cannot directly access the accommodation, allowing you to enjoy total tranquility on the edge of the Vinkeveense Plassen, surrounded by nature, birds, and silence. An 550m walk from the parking lot will lead you to this prime location. Upon arrival, our convenient cargo bike will be available at the entrance, allowing you to transport all your belongings to this beautiful holiday destination. We provide 3 complimentary bicycles for easy travel to and from the parking area. Additionally, 10 large carts are available. Parking: From October 1st to March 31st, free parking is available on the road in front of the harbor. Outside of this period, there is a maximum parking duration of 2 hours within the parking disc zone between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Paid parking is available in a parking lot opposite the park (10 per day). For a fee, we offer the option to pick you up with a golf cart and transport all your luggage directly to the accommodation. This can be done Monday to Friday between 17:30-22:00 and Saturday and Sunday between 11:00-22:00. If you're interested, please inquire about the possibilities in advance.
