Newly built apartment block with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and visitor parking. Hosting in 2 of the rooms, these rooms have sliding doors and are keyless & 1 room is occupied on a fixed basis. I hope this information helps you assess whether it is something you would like to rent. If you are coming as a tourist, as a student, as a seasonal worker, or for a short conference/seminar, looking for accommodation with a fair price & within a close distance from Stavanger Sentrum, the Forus industrial & the UNI area, this might be your place to rent

If you're a student, catching the bus should be straightforward, as I’m less than 5 minutes away from the main street where buses pass by (Road 44). If you prefer a taxi, I recommend using the Mivai app, which offers affordable fares. Alternatively, I can pick you up for an additional cost—half the price of a regular taxi—but please make sure to reserve in advance so I can check availability. For the best transportation options, I suggest using Google Maps. In the first line, enter your location, and in the second line, input my address: Valheimveien 31. Then, select your preferred mode of transport, and follow the directions provided.
