We can offer 26 studio apartments for short or long-term stays. There are several companies who rent from us for long periods, but we also have private individuals who rent during holidays or have other errands in the local area. The apartment hotel is turnkey and self-service: Before arrival, you will receive separate codes for the main entrance and your room via SMS. The codes will be generated manually, so it may take up to an hour before you will recieve them. The codes you receive are personal and cannot be shared with others. The studio apartments cannot be rented out to others and you cannot take in other overnight guests yourself. You will arrive to a made bed and the room will be cleaned after departure. If you have a long-term stay, the room will also be cleaned every 14 days. If you have other needs or wishes, we will make arrangements for it as best we can. What do the studio apartments include: The studio apartments contain the essentials one needs on a daily basis. If you want to be social outside your apartment, we have a pleasant outdoor area with garden, billiards room and common living room. We can offer: Apartments equipped with dishwasher, hob, microwave, fridge, TV, bathroom, dining area, bed and armchair. • Wash and change bed linen every 14 days • On request, you can bring a dog into some of the apartments. You must inquire with the accommodation about the possibility of this. Price for extra washing is added. • Parking space directly outside + a large car park 100 meters away. • Internet and Chromecast in all rooms • 2 common rooms (billiards, sofa, TV) • The apartment hotel is unattended and the key is left. • Other needs can be tailored case by case • Shared laundry room and an additional shared kitchen with ovens that can be used by guests. • Pleasant patio with benches and garden. • 5 min from Ålgård. • Check-in at 3pm and check-out at 11am. • Free loan of bicycles. It should look nice, be functional and clean. The general manager thinks it is very nice to meet the guests and have a chat or help if needed. The apartment hotel is sheltered, 8 minutes from the center of Ålgård. We have no car traffic around, but we are located by shooting ranges. Shooters have competitions and training sessions here. The studio apartments are soundproof so it is not perceived as disturbing. The shooting center is open from 08.00-21.00. The surrounding area: The center of Ålgård is 8 minutes from the Apartment Hotel, where the royal park is located. This is a family park + Norwegian Outlet which is a shopping centre.
