Nyoppført hytte klar for utleie fra juni og sommeren 2024. Hytta ligger rett ved sjøen, har to soverom med to dobbeltsenger. Hemsen har også en sovesofa med plass til 2 og 2 senger. Hytta har tilgang til brygge og mulighet for å leie båt. Det er bilvei helt frem til hytta og kort vei til butikker og sentrum av Risør
