Property information
Rauland Feriesenter has a long tradition of renting out holiday houses. We have a number of cottages and apartments in different areas. These areas includes among others; Vierli Hyttegrend, Holtardalen and Rugdetunet.
Right outside the cabin door you will find beautiful cross-country trails. Alpine slopes can be found in the areas Rugdetunet and Holtardalen. All our rental units are well equipped for self-catering, and all have a living room with TV and fireplace. Many of our units also have ski in ski out, wifi, sauna and washing machine. All cabins have a driveway to the front door.
In summer you can go fishing, hiking, svimming or go boating/canoing on the lake nearby Vierli. At Vierli there is also lots of activities for the children.
Our reception is located at Austbø Hotell, Rjukanvegen 195, 3864 Rauland.
Neighbourhood information
Rauland is one of Telemark's largest winter destinations and Rauland Ski Center is among the largest facilities in Norway. In Rauland you get everything you need for a perfect skiing holiday - alpine skiing, cross-country skiing and cabin cosiness. As many as 150 kilometers of cross-country trails await you and Rauland Ski Center have 12 different ski lifts that will get you around the facility. Here you will find something for everyone.
Rauland is also Telemark's mountain destination in summer and autumn - then you can hike, fish, cycle, swim or take a canoe trip. You can stay in comfortable cabins or apartments with beautiful mountain nature right outside the door. Nearby you also find attractions like "Høyfjellscruise on Møsvatn", hiking to "Falkenuten", experiences in Rjukan with Krossobanen, the industrial museum of Vemork or Gaustatoppen.
