Our studio is in a very quiet location. It is very cosy and well equipped. We offer a very generous breakfast consisting of juice, lemon water, yoghurt, milk, fruit, bread, homemade jam, homemade muesli, cornflakes, weetbix, spreads, teas and coffee (filter and instant) and my famous homemade cookies. We have our own natural personalised toiletries. Please note a full breakfast will not be offered for multi discount bookings. We always welcome our guests together with our two wee dogs We also have a new Countdown supermarket 3 minutes walk from home which opened April 2022
Doug and I have hosted international students for 24 years. Although we no longer do this we enjoyed meeting them and learning about their countries. We thoroughly enjoy meeting our guests and getting to know them. We try and make our guests feel special and ensure they have a great stay. We allow late check ins.
Our neighbourhood is very quiet. We are a few kms from town. Palmerston North is a great place to shop with a large variety of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and Asian supermarkets. We have a lovely walkway behind our place or you can drive two minutes to the river and walk over our new bridge and alongside the river. It is a beautiful walk. We do offer bikes, please let us know in advance so we can get them ready. A three minute walk to a lovely new Countdown opened in April 2022
