We are passionate about local, home grown and ethically sourced food and wine. We try to do our part to protect our planet by minimising waste, conserving and re-using resources and promoting local.
AislingQuoy is a relaxed rural setting away from busy roads yet close to major attractions. We are on the inland scenic route at the edge of the Alpine pacific triangle with easy access to Kaikoura, Hanmer springs, Christchurch and Akaroa. Only 40minutes from Christchurch international airport and the local Waipara wine trail is only 15 minutes away. We can give you recommendations or take you on a customized wine tour. Amberley is only 9km away and has a great farmers market every Saturday morning. There are good Thai, Indian, Pizza and family restaurants within 10 minutes drive.
