Set on 3 hectares of peaceful parkland, All Seasons Holiday Park features an outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and unique prehistoric themed parklands with large dinosaur figures and educational activities. It is only a 10-minute drive to Rotorua city centre. There is a heated indoor pool and hot tub, for year round swimming. All accommodation at All Seasons Rotorua Holiday Park offers a private patio, heating and a TV. WiFi access is available. Most apartments also include cooking facilities. Up to 1GB of free WiFi is free and additional charges apply after this. Guests have access to laundry facilities, an internet kiosk and a convenience store. The spacious grounds feature a barbecue area with picnic tables. All Seasons Holiday Park is 100 metres from the popular Hannah's Bay recreational area with a Wetland Boardwalk, playground and boat ramp. The shores of Lake Rotorua are only 200 metres away.
