The studio styled with generous living, dining, kitchen & bed, stunning bathroom & separate study/sleeping area. **NOTES: The home above may be owner-occupied, however, the apartment offers excellent privacy for your stay. Parking - The parking area is shared. Steps/Stairs - The apartment is single level, but access from the shared parking area to the apartment is via steps. Security cameras - For security, the balcony and driveway areas are monitored by camera. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
