A spacious, sunny Arrowtown retreat with spa-pool, perfectly equipped for your family getaway! Just 5 minutes walk from the Village centre, guests have fantastic access to local cafes, restaurants, boutique shopping & cycling trails. Comes with Blaze King woodburner, 3 spacious bedrooms plus sleepout. Large upstairs 2nd media room (with workspace) separate relaxation areas for family members. Decked outdoor dining / entertainment area, & fully-fenced grassed area for kids to enjoy. The spacious property layout includes 3 good-sized bedrooms on the ground floor, each with wardrobes. The master bedroom is down one end of the house, with generous sized wardrobe, & ensuite bathroom. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are down the other end of the house, with living room & kitchen separating them from the master suite. Bedroom 2 is set up as two singles (can be configured as a king bed on request, with at least 5 days notice prior notice). The "default" setting is two singles, as shown in the listing. Both bedrooms 2 & 3 (with queen bed) share the main bathroom. The open-plan lounge / dining / kitchen area has plenty of space for guests to spread out & relax, and a Blaze-king fireplace offers cosy winter warmth and ambience. A second generous sized media room upstairs has lovely mountain views, & allows plenty of space & separation for kids & adults if needed! A full-sized kitchen is equipped with all the essentials for preparing a home-cooked meal, with microwave, dishwasher & coffee machine. A separate laundry is also onsite, with washing machine & drier, & clothes hanging facilities. A separate one-bedroom sleepout is available off the back patio, providing flexible bedding configuration options for your group, if needed. The property can accomodate a 7th guest (but this is strictly on request only). The internally-accessed garage is perfect for storing ski-gear, golfclubs & bikes, & has parking space inside for one vehicle. Extra off-street parking is available for 2 cars

The famous wine-growing Gibbston Valley is a short ten minute drive from Arrowtown, with dining-out options and wine tours available. Queenstown Queenstown is known as the Adventure Capital of the world, with amazing activities to explore such as: Skiing, bungyjumping, paragliding, hot air ballooning, jet-boat rafting, etc. Queenstown is approx 25 minutes by car. Shopping Amenities Five Mile’s Retail Centre and Countdown Supermarket are 15 minutes by car, with Queenstown an easy 20-25 minute drive. Arrowtown’s Four-Square superette is a 1 minute drive from your accommodation.
