Having spent 25 odd years in Brisbane working in Property Management the desire to come live in Queenstown got the better of us. Murray (my hubby) and our two dogs returned to Queenstown in 2014 and now call this beautiful place our home. I am lucky enough to manage some of the most amazing properties and making sure your holiday home is ready for you to come and enjoy is an absolute pleasure. The cottage has fantastic sun hours in both summer and winter and great indoor/outdoor flow with kitchen and dinning spaces opening to outdoor areas and the lounge space opening to an outdoor dining area. The generous master bedroom is on the ground level with beautiful decor and furnishings. This bedroom has a king bed, double basin in the ensuite, a walk-in wardrobe and outdoor access from the bedroom. There is a powder room on the ground level, esnuite in master and shared bathroom upstairs. The second bedroom has a king bed which can be split into two singles, this has a built in wardrobe and a lovely window seat perfect for time out. The third bedroom also has a king bed which can be split into two single beds. This bedroom has a wardrobe and spacious window seat. All bedrooms are spacious with elegant decor. The main bathroom features a gorgeous designer bath, double basins, a roomy shower, toilet, heated towel rails, and underfloor heating. The garage has a ski drying rack and heater to dry your ski gear, space for your bikes and space for your car. The kitchen area has a large island bench, a wine fridge, 3 bar stools and an 8 seater custom made dining table. There is comfortable seating in the lounge with a 55inch smart TV with Sky and Netflix available. There is an outdoor dining table for alfresco dining seating 6. This is a beautiful, fully equipped home. Modern, fresh, comfortable and well maintained. Only a short walk to main Street of Arrowtown or a 20-minute drive into Queenstown.
