Atrium On Ulster offers spacious modern studios and 1 and 2-bedroom units with access to a fully equipped fitness room and free internet. All units have a flat-screen TV and a private balcony or courtyard. All units include a private bathroom and a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and a refrigerator. All units have a flat-screen TV with full satellite channels. Continental breakfast is available for an additional charge of $15 per person, per day, which can be delivered to your room. There is 1 type of unit available with a private hot tub. The fitness room offers a treadmill, rowing machine, cross-trainer, spin bike, exercise ball and weights. Hamilton city centre is a 3-minute drive from Atrium On Ulster Hamilton. Waikato Stadium is only 1.5 km away. It is a 20-minute drive to Hamilton International Airport. Each unit has 1 car parking spot. Extra cars will be parked off-site.

If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Atrium On Ulster in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation.
Unfortunately, Atrium On Ulster is unable to accommodate bookings for stag/hen parties. Any such bookings will be cancelled, with no refund given. The hotel apologises for any inconvenience.
Please note that this hotel has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Any violation of this policy will result in eviction from the property and additional cleaning fees will be charged.
Please note that this property cannot accept 'Toolies' or 'Schoolies'. Please note that this property does not have any policies, procedures or resources in place to accommodate the unique needs of school graduates during the annual "Schoolies Week" period. It does not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of school graduate guests during this period.
Please note noise must be kept to a minimum at the property between the hours of 21:00 and 08:00. Visitors of guests are not permitted in rooms after 21:00.
