Averill Court Motel offers spacious self-contained accommodation, only 150 metres from Paihia Beach. All rooms are built around a central pool area with spa pool, swimming pool and sun terrace. Each studio and apartment at Averill Court Motel Paihia includes satellite TV and some movie channels available. All rooms feature plunger coffee and an electric kettle and either a kitchen or kitchenette with cooking facilities. Free Wi-Fi and each booking on the property has one free parking for each unit guaranteed. Guests have access to a shared laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer. The covered BBQ area includes tables and chairs. Continental breakfast is available. The tour desk can assist with booking local activities such as swimming with dolphins, Bay Of Islands boat tours, kayaking and skydiving.
