Cute seaside cottage sitting meters above the waves of beautiful Raumati Beach. The beach doesn't get any closer. With stunning views of Kapiti Island and New Zealand's South Island (on a good day) make this your short-term home by the sea.
Beautiful coastal scenery is ever present and a romantic walk on the beach is only steps away. Or take a 7 minute walk to to local cafes, shops and restaurants.
Bring your swimsuit for a peaceful sunset swim. A small, classic, Kiwi bach, for you to enjoy.

Our neighbour manages the house and will be able to open up and offer advice should you need any.
Raumati shopping centre has cafes and an antiques shop, gift store and bookstore. Plus a designer clothing boutique. There is a fantastic park for the kids about ten minutes walk down the beach, with a miniature train that runs on Sunday afternoons.
There is a bus that runs from the train station to the bus stop on Rosetta road, outside the house.
