The separate dining room with an additional log fireplace leads to a fully equipped kitchen again with fantastic views. The upper level has anther 2 bedrooms, including master with comfortable king bed and ensuite and a 3rd bedroom adjacent to its own bathroom. The double doors open onto a patio offing a private garden setting. You will love the fabulous rural outlook, with this property immediately adjacent to the back of the very popular Rippon Winery and equestrian centre. It is not unusual to have horses introducing themselves over the back fence especially if you have a spare apple or carrot.
