Featuring 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, sleeping up to 7 guests with a flexible bedding configuration, the home is thoughtfully designed across two levels: • Upstairs: Main living areas, separate toilet and master bedroom with ensuite • Downstairs: Two bedrooms and main bathroom Keep comfortable all year round with a heat pump/air conditioning in the main living area and panel heaters in each of the bedrooms. Enjoy the convenience of a double garage for secure storage of bikes, vehicles, or a boat, plus two outdoor living areas designed for all day enjoyment, complete with BBQ and outdoor furniture. Room Configuration - Upstairs: Bedroom 1 (master with ensuite): 1 x Super King Bed Living Room: 1 x Sofa Bed Downstairs: Bedroom 2: 1 x Super King Bed (can be split into 2 x King Singles upon request) Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single Beds (can be make up together as a Super King upon request) *If you require bedding for the sofa bed or for beds to be split or made up together, we kindly request that you let us know at least 7 days prior to your arrival. House Rules and Information - Parking: Internal double garage + 2 x additional off-street parking. Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels. Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times. Minimum age to book: 25
