Surrounded by nature and just a stroll from the waters of the Marlborough Sounds – Cobham Crib is a modern kiwi bach! There is gorgeous timber decking on each side of the house, while the two bedrooms are comprised of king-sized beds. Situated on a large private section, there’s plenty of room for both cars and boats. The shores of Thompson Bay are just a one-minute stroll, while Havelock village is a 30 minute drive. Experience the beauty of the Marlborough Sounds at Cobham Crib! Please note there are stairs to both entrances which can limit accessibility into the property. The property is unfenced and in close proximity to the beach, adults should closely supervise young children while outside to ensure they are safe around water. Please note paths and access-ways may be slippery in wet note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year. One of our team members will contact you if this is required for your note there is a security camera at the front of the property on the garage looking out over the entrance to the property. It is recording 24/7 but not monitored while guests are staying.
