Welcome to your home away from home! Our cozy room includes a queen bed, Netflix TV, wardrobe, office space, and tea/coffee facilities. You’ll enjoy the convenience of a private ensuite toilet and a private bathroom (not ensuite), as well as your own kitchenette with fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery and cutlery. An outdoor seating area with a table and chairs is also yours to enjoy. Please note there is no access to a full kitchen or stove/oven, and the main kitchen and living room are not for guest use. Guests are welcome to enjoy the spa pool, set in a peaceful and secluded spot in the garden. It is shared with the hosts but offers a private retreat after a day of exploring. Please note thate live in the house with our toddler, so you may hear us at times, though we keep evenings and mornings quiet. Four very friendly cats share the property. They are experts at pretending they haven’t been fed in days, but we promise they’re well looked after—so please don’t give in to their tricks! As much as they’d love to move in with you, we ask that you don’t let them into the studio, or they may decide never to leave. That said, they’re always happy to accept a few pats and cuddles.

I am Caroline and have been living in Dunedin for 12 years. I live here with my partner and our son and we love to share our home and love for Dunedin with our guests!

Our quiet neighbourhood is friendly and welcoming with convenient bus connections to town. The nearest supermarket is only 5 min away. The city centre and St Clair and its cafes and beach are an easy 10 minute drive, and the Otago Peninsula is only minutes away.
