Your room is up the stairs and turn right at the top of the stairs. Your room has the view looking out to the sea.

Our place is part way up High Street and yes it is Dunedin so we are part way up a hill. The area in general is quiet and peaceful. There is plenty of free parking on the street or side street close to the property. We are very close to many of the amazing places to visit in Dunedin.
