You will have the ground floor of a two-storied house with full privacy - separate access, dedicated car parking space, and no access for the host to your floor, and the hosts do not share anything of the ground floor with you. You will have two bedrooms, one kitchenette and one living area. One bedroom has a queen bed and a single sofa bed. Another bedroom has one queen and one double-bed. All beds are top-quality beds, and the pillows are either memory foam or feather pillows. The living area has two sofa beds, which are set up with an extra mattress on top. Enjoy the fresh air of HRV and comfort by all double glazed doors and windows. There are heat pumps and heaters in each room and area to keep you warm. Enjoy the privacy in the deck surrounded by trees and green lawns, a perfect picnic spot, or for breakfast. There is free Netflix for you to continue watching your favorite series when traveling😀.

Churton Park is undoubtedly one of the best suburbs in Wellington, which is a 15- to 20-minute drive from Wellington city, 10- minute drive to Ferry terminals, and a 3- to 5-minute drive from the Johnsonville hub where you will have all shops and eateries, you name it and it is there (pizza hut, McDonald's, KFC, subway, fish and chips, Indian-takeaways, Countdown etc.). The house is at the end of a quiet cul de sac where you can enjoy the sweet chirping of birds and beautiful trees. On a sunny day, you would love the stunning beauty of the neighborhood.
