the cabin is in the Papamoa Hills only 20 minutes form the Tauranga CBD. The property is surrounded by natural bush with a large variety of native birdlife including wood pigeons, tui, fantails, finches, rosellas, quails, owls, and kingfishers. Just a few km away there is a bush walk to the Kaiate falls and one to the top of the Papamoa Hills. The Papamoa beach is only ten minutes drive away. Mount Maunganui Beach and its walking tracks is about 25 minutes away, Rotorua exactly one hour away.
