This tastefully appointed apartment, with its private garden, looks over a peaceful landscape of willow trees and a running stream and is barely a 5 minute walk from the famous Matakana Village market. The village restaurants, wine bar, cinema and tavern are all within strolling distance, and the district's wineries, Leigh Sawmill brewery and Omaha beach are a short drive away. Matakana is known for its rural beauty and attractive homes and is one of Auckland's favourite weekend locations.
This spacious garden apartment is perfect for couples seeking privacy, peace and relaxation with every comfort and amenity necessary for a stress-free holiday break.
There is a full compendium to help you with most of your needs and set up for your comfort .
The Tv set up has local tv only if you wish to access any of the movie channels you can enter your details and start viewing . Just remember to log off when you go .
The BED can be split in two if required, but must be arranged prior to arrival .
Jules is very approachable and is happy to assist at any time . She is very aware that it’s your holiday and appreciates your privacy .Jules is a full time artist and art teacher . Please ask about classes in her studio while staying .
Matakana is a great place offering arts and craft ,produce markets, creative endeavours , fishing , water sports of all kinds , quality beer and wine . Massage and healing retreats it has it all and just a short drive from the city . The apartment is right at doorstep of the local village ,so you can walk in to the local theatre or pub ,cafes 4 square etc , go shopping or hang out at the markets and then stroll home .
