We offer 3 unique supersized sunny stylish bedrooms with air conditioning; each styled with quality furnishings and superior beds with premium bed linen to encourage a restful night’s sleep. Every room has a 40” smart TV, stylish bathroom and seamless access to your own patio area where you can enjoy the private garden outdoor seating, a great place to relax and unwind.
Each room has your own entry giving you added security.
Guests Private lounge
You can also relax in the guest’s separate lounge with a kitchenette features a microwave, toaster, Nespresso pod coffee machine, a selection of tea’s, juices, cookie’s and fresh fruit available for guest to enjoy, while taking in the tranquil garden views.
A continental breakfast is served - with a selection of cereals, yogurt, croissants, breads, jams and fresh fruits often from our orchard.

All rooms have Heat pumps and are larger than normal B & B bedrooms, each room has a small lounge area with coffee table and easy chairs, bathrooms have hairdryers and toilette's provided. All rooms have outdoor table and chairs opening out to landscaped gardens.

Just 2 hours from Auckland and 1 hour to the Bay of Islands makes it the perfect relaxed atmosphere in our peaceful rural setting.
