    Pool and spa were great. House was clean and comfortable and lift was great for people with disabilities. Service was good and there were nice extras such as glad wrap etc. in the kitchen.

You'll love the resort-like feel of this property with it's relaxing 7-seater Hot Tub-Spa Pool and heated Swimming Pool - one of the largest residential pools in Nelson - and offering an extended Swimming season. Set amidst its own English gardens in a large private park-like setting, the home is North facing on the elevated southern slopes of the city, catching all day sun. **NOTES: Only staying guests allowed - no visitors permitted without prior agreement with host. Car parking - Off-street parking is available for maximum 3 vehicles. There is no on-street parking on the street frontage. Elevator and Stairs Access - Please note this is a two-storey home with elevator and stairs access between the entry and upper bedroom level, as well as the main living level below. There are also steps from the balcony deck to the pool, spa & garden area. Swimming Pool - The pool is heated with a swimming season that typically extends from late October until late April. Check in is available between 3pm and 8pm. Later check-in may be possible if needed however an after hours charge will apply. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
