This is a brand new one-line river view house, you can enjoy the wonderful scenery of Waikato in different seasons, to better appreciate the river view, this house is a specially designed winter garden (see picture), and the side of the river is double glazed floor-to-ceiling windows have an extensive view. In addition, this is the side of the house, there are no adjacent buildings to block the sunshine from morning to night. Finally, the design of the suite is also very humanised, with an en-suite bathroom on the ground floor, two rooms sharing a bathroom on the first floor, plus a bathroom in the master suite for a total of three bathrooms and four toilets. The spacious suite has plenty of room to move around, making the living environment more comfortable.
You are very welcome to our property, I want to share the good things and the neat and cosy home with you. I love to make friends, cook good food for my family, and live a healthy lifestyle with a healthy and sunny attitude to everyday life.
This house is located in Flagstaff, a very good area in Hamilton. Our neighbours are friendly and kind. The community shopping centre is 3 mins drive. 9 mins drive to the biggest shopping centre ( The base ) in Hamilton.
