'Harbour View - Three' offers exclusive use of the two apartments that comprise this address, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas as well as two outdoor entertaining balconies. **NOTES: 'Harbour View - Three' is comprised of the upper level apartment 'Harbour View - Two' & our lower floor apartment 'Harbour View - One' & gives you exclusive use of the property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living, kitchen & dining areas. Access - Please note that access to Harbour View is via a steep but safe driveway. Car parking - There are two car parks available with this apartment. If you have an additional vehicle this will need to be parked below on Poynters Crescent. Stairs - as the apartment must be accessed via stairs, access may be challenging for elderly, disabled or those who have difficulty with walking. Children - Due to stairs for access & glass balustrades, these apartments are deemed unsuitable for mobile infants and children under 12. **BOND REQUIREMENT - Credit card details and an authority to charge are required as a bond prior to the commencement of your stay. The cardholder/payee is responsible for leaving the property neat & tidy & its chattels, furnishings & grounds in the condition found at arrival. By proceeding with this booking, you authorise the Accommodation Provider to charge the credit card provided at time of the booking for the fair cost of unavailability, replacement, repair or services required to restore the property, its chattels, furnishings or grounds to the condition found at arrival, where it can be established that such issues arose in the course of your stay & where these issues cannot be attributed to fair wear & tear. The Accommodation Provider may seek affirmation of your agreement with this policy and re-submission of card details where necessary.
