On the top floor you'll find the open-plan living area with a heat pump, that opens out onto a sheltered balcony. There's plenty of room to park the boat for days out on the sparkling water too, with the Whangamata Marina only a minutes drive away. Alongside the waterfront, you can take the kids to the playground, and you'll also be only a 10-minute walk to the town centre for local shops, food options, and groceries. Whangamata is a favourite holiday destination in the Coromandel. It has one of the best surf breaks in the area, as well as having safe enough swimming for families.
