Founder of MyStays, Elle Knight, took ownership of Lakeside Accommodation in 2014 when it had just eight properties. Less than 10 years later, she has built a team of 30 staff who manage more than 70 properties around the Lake Taupo region - all via word-of-mouth. Over the years, Elle has established robust systems and processes that allow her to provide an extremely high level of service. This is then passed down to her employees, through best-practice training and development. There’s no question that the MyStays team are the experts in managing listings, marketing properties and taking care of guest communications. The garage is secured and unavailable for guest use. **Security Cameras - there are external cameras for security purposes** Strictly no parties/events or loud groups. **PLEASE NOTE - a 2.3% Credit Card/Debit Card surcharge is charged on all bookings that are selected as 'Pay Later'. These bookings will be charged in full 14 days prior to arrival (this excludes Non-refundable bookings which will be charged at the time the booking is made).
