Welcome to Hideaway on Sevenoaks. You won’t want to leave this warm, relaxing, stylish space. A newly renovated 4 bedroom home and garden. Brand new kitchen and bathroom with a separate powder room (2 toilets). Sun drenched living and lounge room opening to a private wrap around deck and backyard. FOUR BEDROOMS Bedroom 1: King size bed Bedroom 2: King size bed Bedroom 3: Queen size bed Bedroom 4: King Single size bed This home is the perfect base for groups or families.

We are located… 2 minutes from Jellie Park 6 minutes from Christchurch International Airport. 6 minutes from University of Canterbury 10 minutes from Westfield Mall Riccarton 15 minutes from Hagley Park and Botanical Gardens 15 minutes from the Orangetheory Stadium 20 minutes from restaurants and nightlife at The Terrace We are in a green residential neighbourhood with lots of families. The local shops are 5 minutes walk away and include a small dairy, pharmacy, dry cleaners, hairdressers and an abundance of eating options (takeaways include pizza, fish n chips, sushi, bento, roast meals, Indian, Chinese, Thai and a bakery, and eat-in restaurants include a local pub, cafe, Thai and Japanese). Jellie Park with its indoor and outdoor swimming pools and hydroslides, park, playground and duck lake is a 2 minute drive or 5-10 minute walk away.
