Welcome to Ashton House, one of Napier's oldest and most iconic buildings, situated on the beachfront on the Marine Parade, in the hub of the City. The two large bedrooms were previously one courtroom, and the luxury bathroom was once the holding cell for prisoners! Located next to the MTG arts centre, a minute’s walk to the sea, or to the Ocean Spa hot pools, or less than a minute to some of Napier’s best cafes and restaurants. It doesn’t get any more ‘front row’ to be immersed in Napier’s iconic events, including the Art Deco festival, sporting and cultural events at the Sound Shell.
