A spacious family home, located just off State Highway 1.
All bedrooms are spacious with new beds and bedding. The master bedroom has a large ensuite and the main bathroom is laid out with separate toilet and shower/bath to allow for multiple people’s use at once. Full cooking and laundry facilities with modern/new appliances
Plenty of outdoor space to enjoy a BBQ or outdoor dining and relax in the garden.
The home is within walking distance to the local town centre, amenities include: Bars/Restaurants with fine dining, leisure/gyms and shopping. Fast food, Service Station and 2 supermarkets also within walking distance.
2 Heat-Pumps, individual room heaters and a Gas Fire Place to keep you warm/cool.
The dwelling overlooks a large field and has a lovely outlook to the South.
