Our team at Stay Waiheke all live, work, and raise our families on Waiheke Island and we know well what makes this island so special. We look forward to sharing our local knowledge and assisting our guests with all aspects of their stay. Our team is available 7 days a week 8:30 am to 5pm for guests and for emergencies after hours. Please note: Guests are required to upload a visa or mastercard to the property managers reservation system within 72 hours of booking. The card details are held as security on the property in case of any damage. This is a condition of the reservation. Full payment is required 45 days before check in.

Step into this beautiful vintage villa – your holiday has begun. Relax in the outdoor spa pool at any time of the day. Enter the front courtyard garden with its four outdoor white chairs positioned for the afternoon sun. The front porch leads you into a spacious and airy lounge with large comfy couches and open plan kitchen and dining area. Open the French doors to the large deck complete with BBQ, an outdoor dining setting and bar stools, where you overlook the park-like grounds at the rear of the home. Two generous air-conditioned bedrooms are on this upstairs level. The master, with stunning bay windows, is twice the size of a normal bedroom and has its own basin and heated towel rail in the room. There is a dressing table, chaise lounge and a freestanding wardrobe. You have direct access in to the family bathroom with separate shower and villa style bath. The second double bedroom with a king bed that can be split into two singles overlooks the garden and has its own ensuite. Walk around the side of the house to access the additional two garden bedrooms downstairs both with queen beds. Please note: both bathrooms are upstairs. Pets are welcome.

Island Villa is 15 minutes’ walk from Matiatia ferry terminal and located close-by to the Oneroa shopping and restaurant precinct, the beach and Cable Bay and Mudbrick Vineyards. This is the perfect place to come home to after exploring the island and just a five-minute walk through the park to the shopping precinct for a long lunch, walk on Oneroa Beach or a leisurely dinner out. There is a Four Square supermarket, boutique bottle shops and the Island Grocer for your gourmet items. You are also minutes away from the community-run Waiheke Island Community Cinema and the Waiheke Community Art Gallery.
